Robert Pattinson finds it “funny” to see his face on a T-shirts – but insists he’s revelling in his success.

The British actor, 22, became a household name playing vampire Edward Cullen in the film adaptation of Twilight, based on the novel by Stephenie Meyer.

But Robert admits he’s still finding aspects of his new-found fame a little weird.

He says, “It’s funny to see my face on T-shirts, but I’m grateful to be part of this massive phenomenon.

“There are only so many times this is going to happen in your life.”

And Pattinson says he often gets mistaken for his blood-sucking character. “[Some fans] say, ‘Sorry! I called you Edward’.”

Robert will once again star alongside Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner for Twilight sequel New Moon, which has a tentative release date of November 20, 2009.
