Robert Pattinson celebrated his Oscar debut by indulging in a little karaoke – with Hugh Jackman.
The Twilight star – who presented a montage of the year’s romantic films alongside Mamma Mia! star Amanda Seyfried at Sunday’s prestigious ceremony – hooked up with Jackman – who hosted the Academy Awards – this week at a bar in Tokyo.
Pattinson, 22, is in Japan for the premiere of Twilight; Jackman is there for the recent premiere of Australia.
“They went after doing press for their films,” a source told E! Online, adding that Australia director Baz Luhrmann joined them, too.
Pattinson revealed earlier this week that he found giving interviews on the Oscars red carpet “awkward”.
He said, “I just have two people who tell me what to do all the time.
“I have nothing to say as well, which is a really awkward thing.
“It’s just so baffling, walking up the street with this block of limousines.
“I love the police department having to look after celebrities.”
